Impossible Coconut Pie

- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. flaked or shredded coconut
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix

1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4 or 10 x 1 1/2-inch).
3. Place all ingredients in blender container.
4. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.
5. Pour into plate.
6. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes; cool.
