Busy Day Lemon Cheese Cake

- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. whole milk
- 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 8-inch graham cracker crust

1. Stir in cream cheese until very soft, blend in 1/2 cup milk. Add remaining milk and the pudding mix.
2. Beat slowly with egg beater, just until well mixed, about 1 minute (do not overbeat). Pour at once into graham cracker crust.
3. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over top.
4. Chill about one hour.
