- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small (3 to 4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- egg noodles
步驟
1. Brown meat, vegetables and seasoning.
2. Make sauce of soup and sour cream.
3. Stir into meat mixture and heat through.
4. Serve over hot noodles.
