- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. corn
- 1 c. kidney beans
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 small onion
步驟
1. Cook ground beef until brown.
2. Put ground beef, corn, kidney beans, carrots, tomato sauce and onion in baking dish.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Bake at 350° until potatoes are soft.
