Zucchini Bread

- 3 c. plain flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
步骤
1. Beat eggs.
2. Add oil, sugar, vanilla, grated zucchini and nuts. Set aside.
3. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
4. Add to the liquid mixture.
5. Stir in until well blended.
6. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
7. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
