Strawberry Bread

- 3 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
步骤
1. Mix the first five ingredients and make a well in the bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour in the well of dry ingredients.
2. Stir with a wooden spoon.
3. Spray five small pans (7 x 3 1/2) with Baker's Joy (do not substitute).
4. Pour batter into pans.
5. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
6. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
7. Keep in the refrigerator.
