Mom'S Pear Relish

食材
- 1 peck pears (ground)
- 6 large onions (ground)
- 4 hot peppers
- 1 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and allspice
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
步骤
1. Grind pears, onions and peppers; mix together with cinnamon, cloves, allspice, vinegar, water, salt and sugar.
2. Bring to boil and simmer until tender.
3. Put in sterilized jars; seal while hot.
