Fried Rice
食材
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken
- 3 c. raw rice
- 1 lb. bacon
- 4 Tbsp. Crisco
- 6 eggs
- salt
- soy sauce
- green onions
- cream of mushroom soup
步骤
1. Boil chicken; bone and dice meat.
2. Boil rice in leftover chicken broth (about 4 cups).
3. Fry bacon crisp and break into small pieces.
4. Melt the Crisco; heat it hot and add the eggs (well beaten) slowly, stirring vigorously to break up small.
5. Mix all ingredients together and add chopped onions, salt and soy sauce to taste.
6. Serve hot and top with undiluted cream of mushroom soup.
