Basil'S Sumptuous Squirrel Casserole

- 3 c. boned, cut up, cooked squirrel
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
步骤
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Heat squirrel, milk, sour cream and soup to boiling.
3. Spoon into a rectangular 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
4. Beat remaining ingredients, except cheese, with a wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth.
5. Pour evenly over hot squirrel mixture.
6. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake, uncovered, until top is set and soup mixture bubbles around edge, 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
