Apricot Chicken Salad

- Shredded cooked chicken (about 2 small drumsticks)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 medium apple, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 dried apricots, chopped
- Strained plain yogurt
- Hot paprika (optional)

1. Combine shredded chicken, apricots, apple and celery.
2. Add yogurt, honey, and hot paprika powder, along with any other desired seasonings.
3. Mix well.
