Spaghetti Sauce For A Crowd
Ингредиенты
- 8 lb. ground beef
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 5 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 (No. 10) can crushed tomatoes
- 5 c. tomato sauce (1/2 of No. 10 can)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
- salt to taste
Инструкции
1. Brown meat and drain.
2. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add to meat.
3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring often.
4. Add water if necessary to keep right consistency. Add olives, oregano or basil to taste.
5. Serves 50.
