Ингредиенты
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Инструкции
1. Boil all ingredients, including pecans to soft ball stage, stirring constantly.
2. Cool slightly and beat until mixture just begins to stiffen.
3. Drop rapidly from a spoon onto a buttered pan or waxed paper.
4. If candy becomes too stiff at the last, drop into patties and stir in a little hot water.
