Orange Cream Fruit Salad

- 1 (20 oz.) can drained pineapple tidbits
- 1 (16 oz.) can drained peach slices
- 1 (11 oz.) can drained mandarin oranges
- 3 medium bananas, sliced
- 2 medium apples, cored and chopped
- 1 (3 3/4 or 3 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 ??? thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- lettuce cups
Инструкции
1. In large bowl, combine fruits; set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate.
3. Beat with rotary beater until blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Beat in sour cream.
5. Fold into fruit mixture.
6. Cover and chill.
