Hot Crab Dip

Ингредиенты
- 1 lb. crab meat (fresh or frozen)
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 or 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- garlic salt
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. chives
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Инструкции
1. Pour lemon juice over crab meat and let drain.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and add crab.
3. Heat slowly and serve over assorted crackers.
