- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 12 oz. thin sliced ham
- 1/8 tsp hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp chopped toasted almonds (optional)

Инструкции
1. Combine all ingredients except ham, stirring until well blended.
2. Spread 1 Tbsp. mixture on each slice of ham.
3. Roll up jelly roll fashion, starting at short end; wrap in plastic wrap (may be frozen up to 1 month if needed).
4. Put in refrigerator overnight.
5. Cut each roll into 3/4 inch slices.
6. Makes approximately 5 dozen.
7. A great make ahead item for parties for the holidays.
