Guacamole
Ингредиенты
- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- garlic salt
- Fritos or any corn chips
Инструкции
1. Mash meat of 1 very, very, large avocado with a fork.
2. Add juice of lemon, salt and pepper.
3. Add grated onion, dash of garlic salt and Tabasco sauce.
4. Beat with hand mixer until smooth.
5. Serve with corn chips.
