Eight Layer Taco Dip Appetizer

- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 container avocado dip
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced

1. In blender or food processor, process beans to a paste consistency.
2. In a shallow serving dish with a rim, layer the ingredients as follows:
