Ингредиенты
- 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- cracker meal
- catsup
Инструкции
1. Combine first 9 ingredients and place in a casserole. Sprinkle cracker meal over top.
2. Cover with catsup.
3. Dot with butter.
4. Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour.
5. Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes longer.
