Crab Meat-Bacon Rolls

Ингредиенты
- salt/pepper
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, flaked
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp. chopped celery leaves
Инструкции
1. Mix tomato juice and egg.
2. Add crumbs, seasonings, parsley, celery leaves and crab meat.
3. Mix and roll into finger lengths. Wrap each roll with 1/2 slice bacon.
4. Fasten with toothpick. Broil, turning to brown evenly.
5. Makes 2 dozen.
