Christina'S Mexican Dip

- 2 avocados (ripe)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 bunch green onions
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 jar taco sauce
- 8 oz. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- taco chips
- 1 can bean dip
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 can Ro-Tel (small), drained
- 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
