Broccoli Corn Bread

- 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli
- 1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese
- shredded Cheddar cheese to taste
- 2 sticks butter

1. Mix everything together, except butter.
2. Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, then pour into mixture.
3. Pour in baking dish and bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes or until it browns.
