Barbecue Sauce For Burgers

- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
Инструкции
1. Use your microwave to saute the vegetables right in the serving dish.
2. In one-quart casserole combine first five ingredients listed until vegetables are tender; about 4 minutes.
3. Then stir in rest of the ingredients.
4. Microwave 3 or 4 minutes, stirring once.
5. Then serve over your burgers, pork chops, chicken, etc.
6. Makes 3 cups.
