Banana-Nut Salad

Ингредиенты
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry, raspberry or cherry flavor gelatin)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Инструкции
1. Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
2. Add cold water and lemon juice.
3. Chill until thickened.
4. Fold in banana slices, celery and nuts.
5. Pour into 3 or 4-cup mold.
6. Chill until firm. Unmold and serve with crisp lettuce and mayonnaise.
