Apple And Wilted Lettuce Salad

Ингредиенты
- 6 c. romaine lettuce, wash and tear
- 4 c. leaf lettuce, wash and tear
- 2 Golden Delicious apples
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped scallions
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 (6 oz.) Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
Инструкции
1. Core and thinly slice apples.
2. Place lettuce, apples and celery in bowl.
3. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Reserve drippings from bacon and add vinegar, water, sugar and dressing mix.
4. Heat to boiling and pour over salad.
5. Sprinkle with bacon, scallions and pepper.
6. Toss gently.
7. Serve immediately.
