7-Up Salad

Ингредиенты
- 1 large pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 1/2 bottles 7-Up
- 3 cut up bananas
- 1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. small marshmallows
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. Cool Whip or Dream Whip
Инструкции
1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
2. Add 7-Up and cold water.
3. Add bananas and pineapple.
4. Pour marshmallows on top.
5. Place in refrigerator until firm.
6. Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg.
7. Cook until mixture thickens.
8. Add butter.
9. Stir and remove from heat.
10. Cool.
11. Add Cool Whip and spread on top of jello mixture.
12. Chill and serve.
13. Garnish top with nuts and/or maraschino cherries if you wish.
