Sweet Potato Custard

Ingredientes
- 6 large sweet potatoes/yams
- 1 can Carnation
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 pkg. marshmallows
Instrucciones
1. Put yams in 4 quarts of water to boil until done.
2. Peel after cooling.
3. Mash potatoes.
4. Add next 4 ingredients.
5. Spread in Pyrex dish.
6. Place marshmallows on top.
7. Place in 325° oven until marshmallows are brown on top.
8. Serves 8.
