Sour Cream Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 2/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Instrucciones
1. Beat shortening, vanilla and sugar together.
2. Add egg and beat well.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Roll dough 1/4-inch thick on floured surface.
4. Cut with 2-inch cutter.
5. Place on greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 425° about 8 minutes.
