Sausage And Egg Quiche
Ingredientes
- 2 pie shells
- 1 lb. sausage
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper
Instrucciones
1. Brown sausage and drain off fat.
2. Beat eggs.
3. Add in cheeses and sausage.
4. Pour into pie shells.
5. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
