Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Instrucciones
1. Mix sugars and shortening; add vanilla and egg.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Add to sugar mixture.
4. Fold in nuts.
5. Roll in wax paper and refrigerate at least 1 hour before baking.
6. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
