Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. unsifted flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) pumpkin
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
- confectioners sugar

Instrucciones
1. Oven: 350°.
2. Grease and flour Bundt pan.
3. Combine first 6 ingredients.
4. Set aside.
5. Beat together pumpkin, oil, orange juice, eggs and vanilla.
6. Add dry ingredients.
7. Fold in nuts and raisins.
8. Bake for 55 minutes.
9. Sprinkle on confectioners sugar when cool.
