Pineapple Cake
Ingredientes
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 oz. French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 8 oz. whipped cream or Cool Whip
- chopped nuts

Instrucciones
1. Prepare cake as directed and bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
2. Meanwhile, simmer pineapple and sugar.
3. Remove baked cake from oven and, with a fork, poke holes all over cake.
4. Cover with pineapple mixture and chill.
5. Prepare pudding as directed and stir in coconut.
6. Spread over cake.
7. Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts.
