Peanut Blossoms

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 48 candy kisses

Instrucciones
1. Combine all ingredients, except candy, in large bowl.
2. Mix on lowest speed until dough forms.
3. Shape into rounded balls.
4. Roll in granulated sugar.
5. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
7. Top each cookie immediately with candy kiss.
8. Press down until cookies crack around edges.
