Oven Baked Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk or more
- 6 pork chops
Instrucciones
1. Combine crumbs, salt and pepper. In another bowl, blend egg and milk.
2. Coat chops with crumbs.
3. Dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs.
4. Place butter in pan.
5. Melt.
6. Place chops in a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
7. Turn chops and bake 30 minutes more.
