Mrs. Truman'S Ozark Pudding

Ingredientes
- 2/3 to 3/4 c. sugar (depending on apples)
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 c. finely chopped apples, pared
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instrucciones
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
3. Serve with cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
