Mom'S Butterscotch Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. pecans
Instrucciones
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs and mix well.
3. Add baking powder to flour.
4. Stir, then slowly mix into other ingredients. Fold in pecans.
5. Make into a roll and wrap in waxed paper.
6. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
7. Slice thin and bake at 375° for 8 to 12 minutes.
