Lime Sherbet

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. Borden or Meadow Gold whipping cream (unwhipped)
- 1/2 c. real lime juice
- green food coloring (1/2 drop)
Instrucciones
1. In medium bowl, combine sugar and cream.
2. Stir until it dissolves.
3. Stir in the lime juice and green food coloring.
4. Pour in 6-inch square pan or sherbet dish.
5. Freeze it for 3 hours until firm.
