Kentucky Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. bourbon
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Instrucciones
1. Beat eggs in a small bowl.
2. Gradually add sugar; mix well. Add melted margarine and bourbon.
3. Blend in cornstarch.
4. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
5. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
6. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
7. Cool 1 hour.
8. Serve warm with Bourbon Flavored Topping.
