Kalte Ente(Cold Duck)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. superfine sugar
- 1 large lemon, thinly sliced and seeded
- 1/2 c. orange liqueur
- 1/2 gal. Rhine wine, chilled
- ice
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle club soda, chilled
Instrucciones
1. Sprinkle sugar over lemon slices.
2. Press lemon slices with back of spoon to release flavor. Stir in orange liqueur.
3. Chill. Stir in wine; pour over ice in punch bowl.
4. Add club soda; stir lightly to blend.
5. Makes 18 (4 1/2 ounce) servings.
