Impossible French Apple Pie
Ingredientes
- 6 c. apples, pared and sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Bisquick Streusel
Instrucciones
1. Mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Turn in a greased 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
3. Beat milk, butter, eggs and sugar until smooth (about 1 minute).
4. Pour over apple mixture.
5. Sprinkle Bisquick Streusel on top.
6. Bake at 325° until a knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 55 to 65 minutes).
