Icebox Fruit Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. pecans
- 1 box raisins
- 1 bottle maraschino cherries
- 1 (1/2 c.) stick oleo
- 36 marshmallows
- 1 (1 lb.) box graham crackers

Instrucciones
1. Run crackers through food chopper or food processor.
2. Chop pecans and cherries and add to crumbs.
3. Add raisins.
4. Melt oleo and chopped marshmallows in top of double boiler and add to crumb mixture.
5. Mix well.
6. Pack into loaf pan and set in refrigerator for at least 6 hours before slicing.
