Grated Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredientes
- 4 c. grated potatoes
- 1 c. syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- grated rind of orange
Instrucciones
1. Combine all the ingredients, adding the well beaten eggs last. Pour into heavy skillet in which the butter has been melted.
2. Bake in 400° oven 45 minutes.
3. Serve directly from oven with roast pork, ham or chicken.
