Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. peach slices
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Instrucciones
1. Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar.
2. Add lemon rind; beat.
3. Add eggs.
4. Mix next 3 dry ingredients and add to batter a little at a time.
5. Pour half of batter into greased 9 x 9-inch square pan. Place drained peach slices over batter.
6. Add remaining batter to cover peaches.
7. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over peaches.
8. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
9. Cut in squares and serve with whipped cream.
