Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. diced apples
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Instrucciones
1. Beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
2. Sift together flour, soda and cinnamon.
3. Add this to first mixture, then add diced apples and nuts.
4. Bake in a well greased tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
5. Test it with straw after 1 hour.
6. Cool in pan before turning the cake out.
