Eve'S Pudding(Copyright 1908 - 1933)

Ingredientes
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- slight grating nutmeg
- 4 apples
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- pinch of salt
Instrucciones
1. Peel, core and chop the apples finely; add the bread crumbs, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
2. Beat the eggs well and use them with the milk to moisten the pudding.
3. Turn into greased mold; cover closely and steam 2 hours.
4. Serve with a hot sweet sauce.
