Cranberry Nut Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. water or milk
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
Instrucciones
1. Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
2. Set aside.
3. Combine baking mix, white sugar, egg and water.
4. Beat for 1 minute until blended.
5. Spread batter in greased 9 x 9-inch square pan (it will be thick).
6. Sprinkle with nut mixture and spoon cranberry sauce over top.
7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.
8. While warm, drizzle icing on top.
9. Yummy!
