Cornflake Crispies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Instrucciones
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Using a large spoon (or fingers), mix well.
3. Roll dough into 3/4 x 1-inch diameter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 11 to 13 minutes.
5. Cool briefly on a cookie sheet.
6. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
7. Store in airtight container.
8. Makes about 6 dozen.
