Company Coming Pie

Ingredientes
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 18 soda crackers
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 5 tsp. jelly or preserves
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Instrucciones
1. Beat egg whites until foamy.
2. Add cream of tartar.
3. Beat until stiff.
4. Add sugar gradually.
5. Fold in vanilla, soda crackers and nuts.
6. Bake in greased 12 x 6-inch pan at 350° for about 20 minutes or until top is light golden brown.
7. Let cool.
