Beer Batter For Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3/4 can beer
- 3 egg whites
Instrucciones
1. Stir together the first 3 ingredients, then beat egg whites until stiff.
2. Fold into the first mixture.
3. This is a great batter for chicken!
