Barbarakuchen(German Lemon Cake)

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. cornstarch
- 3/4 to 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cap full lemon extract
Instrucciones
1. Mix the butter until smooth; slowly add the sugar, eggs and the mixture of flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
2. Add the lemon extract.
3. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
4. Bake 60 to 75 minutes in 350° oven.
