Apple Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Spry or Crisco
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. buttermilk
Instrucciones
1. Slice apples (about 5 or 6) in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sweeten apples and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon as for pie.
2. Mix recipe and pour over apples. Bake at 350° until cake is done.
